Sixth International Meeting Firenze, 11 - 12 - 13 November 2011

SAVE THE DATE

Dear Colleagues,

With the successful Milan meeting behind us now, our thoughts are on the future. Highlights of the Milan event for those who were unable to attend can be found on our website www.xciti.it.

During our recent board meeting in Italy we decided to host the next international meeting in Firenze on the above dates and hope you will put this into your diaries now.

This meeting is a continuation of those organized previously in Siena (2006) , Roma (2007) and Venezia (2008 and 2009) and Milano (2010) , where we were joined also by some senior officers of the bank. We have also received an important videomessage of support from Vikram Pandit acknowledging the importance of Citi’s culture and the legacy represented through our Alum! ni initiatives.

We also received a video message from John Reed, former CEO of Citigroup and one of the most influencial figures in Citibank's long history, pointing out the importance of the transposition of Citi' s culture.

Our distinguished Guest of Honor was His Excellency Shaukat Aziz, former Prime Minister of Pakistan, and one of the most respected former Citibank senior managers.

As in the past our invitation is addressed to Italian and non Italian colleagues (retired or still active) whose commitment and dedication through the years have significantly contributed to the successful story of Citi in Italy and worldwide. The invitation is also extended to Citi colleagues still active in the bank.

Citi’s Alumni represents the heritage of Citi – members are in effect ambassadors in the wider community where many have gone on to hold positions at high levels within the ! private and public sector. As such they represent also an important stakeholder group bound together by the same values and unique Citi work ethic. This is potentially a powerful body which if properly harnessed could provide real value to Citi today.

Given that we are still some way off from the event, we will follow up later with more details on the agenda. But for now please Save the Dates in November. For information on current activities of the Italian Alumni
